In accordance with current e-commerce regulations, CochesdeMetal.es recognizes the consumer's right of withdrawal. The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return or exchange of a product without providing any justification, as well as to report inventory errors (receipt of a different model than the one purchased).
Conditions for acceptance:
- The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and retaining all its components, labels, and, especially, its original factory packaging intact.
- Since the value of die-cast cars lies largely in their original box, any damage, breakage, or tampering with the manufacturer's original seal may lead to a depreciation of the refund by up to 100%.
- In cases of voluntary withdrawal, the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer. If the reason is a shipping error on our part, we will arrange the collection and replacement at no additional cost.
